The Farmer City Raceway Event is located at 850 N Grove St. in Farmer City, IL. Tickets will be $5 a person and can be bought here, Get Tickets for Farmer City Raceway. The night will end with a firework celebration.
Bellflower Bike Decorating Contest: Friday, July 3rd at 6:30pm
The bike decorating contest will be hosted by the Library | Village of Bellflower located at 206 N Latcha St. Decorations will be provided.
“The Run White and Boom” 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run: Friday, July 3rd at 7pm
The races will begin and end at the Piatt County Forest Preserve Park, located at 700 E Wilson St. in Bement, IL. You may register the day of the race (requires exact cash), or you may register at RUN WHITE and BOOM.
Ryan Albin 5K Run/Walk: Saturday, July 4th at 7am
The 5K run/walk is to honor late Ryan Albin. The race will begin at Don Harden Field in Bellflower, IL. You may register the morning of the race at Don Harden Field or by contacting the Village of Bellflower Municipal Office prior to the event.
Bellflower Bake Sale Fundraiser: Saturday, July 4th at 7:30am
The bake sale will take place at the Bellflower Fire Protection District | Village of Bellflower located at 207 N. Latcha St. The fundraiser is to support the local library and depot museum, as well as to help fund the overall Village of Bellflower 4th of July Celebration.
Downs Volleyball Tournament: Saturday, July 4th at 9am
To sign up for the Downs Volleyball Tournament visit the website, July 4th Volleyball Tournament 2026 · Bloomington, IL. The tournament will be located on the outdoor sand volleyball courts at Dooley Park, Downs IL.
Bellflower 4th of July Parade: Saturday, July 4th at 10am
The Bellflower parade will begin at the corner of E. Melvin St. and N. Latcha St. Post parade activities include a Firemen’s Lunch at the concession stand, followed by other activities. You can find more information on Home | Village of Bellflower.
Heyworth 4th of July Parade: Saturday, July 4th at 10am
Lineup begins at 9:30am in front of Heyworth Elementary School. Walkers, bikers, and strollers can participate without registration. Motorized entries must sign up in advance using the official Heyworth Connect Registration Form Heyworth Connect | Facebook. Post parade celebrations will continue in Downtown Heyworth at the American Legion. The night will end with a firework celebration.
Downs Live Music Performance: Saturday, July 4th at 12pm
Performance from the Blonde Roots throughout the day from 12pm-4pm at Dooley Park. Star Lizard will then preform at 5:30pm till dusk. The night will end with a fireworks celebration.
Bement 4th of July Community Parade: Saturday, July 4th at 2pm
The parade, hosted by the Bement Community Council, is open to the public, no registration required. Lineup will begin at 1pm in front of the grade school on the 200 block of S. Piatt St. Post parade celebrations will continue at the Forest Preserve Park, starting at 3pm. The night will end with a firework celebration.
Decatur Live Music Performance: Saturday, July 4th at 6pm
Doors will open at 6pm, performance starts at 7pm, featuring the Revel in the Red. Tickets will cost $4 a person and can be bought online directly through the Devon Amphitheater Box Office Instagram. The night will end with a fireworks celebration.
Maroa Public Reading of the Declaration of Independence Event: Wednesday, July 8th at 5pm
The Declaration of Independence will be read aloud from Maine to Hawaii. The event will take place at the Maroa Public Library, located at 305 E. Garfield St. The event is free and open to the public.
Argenta/Cisco/Orena America 250 Event: Saturday, September 12, 2026
The event will include a full day of activities and entertainment, such as a parage, live music, local vendors, food options, and fireworks.
