Summer Reading for Kids

Dear Reader,

Welcome to my Summer Reading Program! There’s no denying that reading helps you grow and is the perfect way to plant seeds for a brighter future. To join my program, read 8 books over your summer break and have a parent or guardian submit the list to my office. An invitation will be sent out to all readers inviting them for a certificate ceremony later this summer.

Parents and guardians may return paper forms to my district office, 419 E. Ash Ave, Decatur, IL 62526, or submit the below form. All forms must be returned on or before July 15, 2026.
