DECATUR, IL… State Representative Regan Deering (R-Decatur) is hosting a legislative update at the VFW Post 1559, located at 203 E. Main in Heyworth, on Thursday, January 29th, from 5:30-7:00 p.m.
“As your State Representative, I want to remain accessible and provide important information to the residents living in the 88th District,” said Rep. Deering. “Hosting events like these helps me connect with constituents, hear concerns, answer questions, and provides a great opportunity for residents to learn about what is happening in Springfield. The event is open to the public, and RSVPs are not required. Rep. Deering will give a brief recap of the Fall 2025 Veto Session, preview the Spring 2026 Session, and answer state-related questions.
